Healthy Living for Children, Teens, and Families

What kind of example are you setting for your children? In this workshop for families and caregivers, we look at how daily choices—eating and sleeping habits, mindset, and physical activity—shape the physical and mental health of the whole family.

Together, we’ll examine the characteristics of a healthy, safe, and supportive family and explore trauma-informed parenting strategies and mental health literacy for families.

You’ll identify practical ways to transform your home environment to prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and encourage each family member to become their best self.
