NOTE: Receipts and grades will not be available until the semester
ends, even if you finish early.

Please email continuing-education@shepherd.edu at the end
of the semester to request your transcript and receipt.

Registration Instructions – Shepherd University Account Setup

Step 1: Please create an account with Shepherd University.
Once your account is created, you will complete the application for Professional Development in Education.
A few important reminders before you begin:

  • You do NOT need to upload transcripts.
  • You only need to list one previous college you attended.
  • Please do NOT complete the long application, as that is only for students applying to a full degree program.
  • These courses are for graduate credits (professional development only).
  • Once you create an application, please expect an email from Shepherd University within 24-48 hours giving you access to register for courses.

Calmer Schools receives weekly reports from Shepherd University of new registrations.

After registering and paying, you will receive an email from Calmer Schools within one week,
inviting you to access the online platform to begin your course.
